ZTE is one of those Chinese OEMs which has expansion plans for the US. To do that, it will have to partner with carriers. So, ZTE is doing exactly that. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is now launching the ZTE Max XL on Sprint. The ZTE Max XL also hit Boost Mobile earlier this year and this Sprint version here has the same specs.
As denoted by XL, the device is a 6.0-inch phablet, having Full HD resolution. It is topped by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Although the processor is not befitting of the ‘MAX’ tag since it is the Snapdragon 435 chipset, the battery is. Also, on-board is 16GB of storage paired with 2GB of RAMÂ and a micro SD card slot compatible with up to 128 GB SD cards.
The ZTE Max XL has a 13 MP camera at the back and a 5 MP front camera. One thing the ZTE Max XL has is maximum backup. the device is fitted with a 3,990 mAh battery. On the software front, ZTE has placed Android 7.1.1 Nougat on the device.
The price of the ZTE Max XL is $192. It will be available on Sprint.com as well as brick and mortar Sprint stores.
