The “Add to queue” feature is already available on YouTube web, now the online video-sharing and social media platform is testing the “Add to queue” feature for iOS and Android devices. Till now, Android or iOS users had to add videos to “Save to Watch Later” or “Save to Playlist” to get back to the videos they want to see. These features were more permanent and save videos to the library and it required manual removal.
A queue is more makeshift after it gets a stable release, the three-dot overflow menu next to videos will show a new option called “Play last in queue” at the top of the list. By clicking it, YouTube will create a queue at the bottom of the screen. The panel will let the user to drag to manage the viewing order and remove it by swiping left. Also, there are options for repeating and shuffling the list. Swiping away / closing the mini-player clears the queue.

If you play any video, it will be automatically added to the queue list. This feature “Line up watch to watch” is particularly shown as a “Premium feature”.
How to Test YouTube Video Queue
YouTube Premium subscribers can test the YouTube queue feature by following these simple steps:
On iOS or Android OS, tap on the Profile in the top-right corner > Go to Settings > Enable Try new features. After enabling it, it could take a few minutes for the app to load the feature. NOTE: Force stop or close might increase the speed of the test rollout process.
YouTube queue for iOS and Android will be available for testing till 28th January 2023. After successful testing, the feature will be rolled out soon to all.
