Xiaomi Sub Brand Huami launched its new Smartwatch “AMAZFIT WATCH”. Until now the Company has manufactured fitness bands only, this is the first Smartwatch from the company. Xiaomi Amazfit Smartwatch has been priced at CNY 799(Approx $120, ₹ 8000).
Xiaomi Amazfit Smartwatch features a 1.34-inch 300 x 300 display, while it also packs in 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It is powered with 1.2Ghz processor , 200mAh battery, the watch comes with IP67 certification for water and dust resistance and company claims that it is the world’s first Smartwatch with a 28nm GPS sensor. The Smartwatch also comes with a 22nm band that is user replaceable.
Xiaomi has also partnered with Alibaba to offer mobile payment support for the AliPay service. The AMAZfit Smartwatch will be available to buy in China from Tomorrow onwards. Unfortunately, at present we don’t have information about availability of AMAZEfit Smartwatch in other countries.
