Xiaomi’s Redmi devices are well known for providing greater specifications at pocket friendly price in comparison to other OEMs. Xiaomi recently announced Mi Note 3 along with the Mi Mix 2 – the bezel less wonder. And it seems that they are now gearing up to announce the Redmi Note 5 – successor to the popular Redmi Note 4.
Recently, Redmi Note 5 leaked in live images along with specifications. Looking at the image, you can see that the phone comes with 18:9 display following the new trend. It will also feature dual rear cameras (16MP + 5MP) which was absent in the Redmi Note 4.
The device will be powered by either Mediatek P25 or Mediatek P30 in the home country China. But, probably it will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor in international markets like India. The phone will be backed by a 4,000 mAh battery.It will be priced at 999 Yuan for 3GB/32GB variant , 1299 Yuan for 4GB/32GB variant and 1599 Yuan for 4GB/64GB variant.
The Redmi Note 5 seems to feature more improvements over the predecessor – Redmi Note 4.
