After the successful rollout of the MIUI 12 update for all the other smartphones, Xiaomi started seeding out the MIUI 12 update for the Redmi 9 devices. The update is spinning out on the MIUI V12.0.1.0.QJCMIXM Firmware version, and it’s currently rolling out Globally.

What’s new?
As per the changelog, the update appears with the new Control center, optimizations, November 2020 Security patch update, Watermarks, and Fullscreen mode for Camera.
