Innumerable leaks were prevailing in the market about the Xiaomi’s all-new offering called as Pocophone. Finally, the brand has officially unveiled it in India and this time we would say Xiaomi has killed it with the pricing. The device offers top-end hardware including the Liquid Cooling technology. Pocophone F1 has been launched as a direct competitor to the pre-existing Zenfone 5Z and OnePlus 6 devices. So without wasting any moment let’s know more about it specifications and variants.
Pocophone F1 comes powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with an Adreno 630 GPU for Gaming. Based on storage and RAM capacity the device will be made available in three variants: 6GB RAM+64GB ROM, 6GB RAM+128GB ROM, and 8GB RAM+256GB ROM. The device houses a massive 6.18(inch) Full HD+ IPS Display with a resolution of 2246 x 1080 pixels. The device runs on Android 8.1 with MIUI 9 for Pocophone on the top and in the future one can expect Android 9 Pie update.
In the rear it packs a 12MP(Sony IMX363)+5MP(Samsung Sensor) with Dual-Pixel AF, Aperture f/1.9 on the main sensor whereas in the front a 20MP shooter with Aperture f/2.0 is provided. For security, the device has a Fingerprint Scanner and an iPhone X like IR sensor for Face Unlocking. The device runs on a massive 4000mAh battery with the support of Quick Charge 3.0 and has a design made out of a polycarbonate shell.
It will be made available in Blue, Red, Black, and Kevlar Black colors for a price of 20,999 INR(6GB RAM+64GB ROM), 23,999 INR(6GB RAM+128GB ROM), 28,999 INR(8GB RAM+256GB ROM), 29,999 INR(8GB RAM+256GB ROM) Kevlar Edition. The device will be made available through Flipkart and Mi Indian website starting from 29th August.
