After releasing an image that hinted at the upcoming Xiaomi Mi-4, Xiaomi’s president Lei Jun announced in a recently held press conference that the company’s annual product launch will take place on July 22nd at the Beijing National Convention Center.
The press invitations for the event have been sent out and the metal invitations are shaped like some phone’s front panel. And if experts are to be believed, these panels have revealed the upcoming Mi-4’s shape. The metal-plate invitations are rounded at the front much like the front panel of the Mi-4 that was leaked in photos way back. So these invitations could give us exact dimensions of the Mi-4.
The Xiaomi Mi-4 is rumored to be sporting a 5.2″ full HD screen along with a 13 MP rear shutter and 16 GB of internal storage memory. Under the hood will be a Snapdragon 801 or 805 chipset with 3 GB of RAM. The pricing of the Mi-4 is still unknown.
