The Xiaomi 12 series was recently launched in the global markets. The company has now confirmed that the Xiaomi 12 Pro will launch in India soon. A teaser has been dropped by Xiaomi’s official account with the tagline “The Showstopper”. However, the exact launch date is not yet revealed. Though it is speculated to debut in the country on April 12.

Xiaomi 12 Pro features a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The panel offers a 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1500nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ certification. A 4,600 mAh powers cell keeps the screen lightened up with 120W fast charging support. In addition, it also supports 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
For software, the smartphone will boost Android 12 out of the box tossed with MIUI 13 on top. Under the hood, Xiaomi 12 Pro will power Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset integrated with Adreno 730 GPU. The phone will be available in up to 256 GB of storage variant coupled with 12 GB RAM.
For shooting purposes, the selfies and video chats are all on a 32 MP front-facing camera. The rear panel holds a triple-rear camera consisting of a 50 MP primary lens, a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle unit, and a 50 MP portrait sensor. The camera offers a 115° field of view and 2x optical zoom.
