Last year, Xiaomi launched the Mi 12 series in China. The lineup includes three models Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X, and Xiaomi 12 Pro. Considering the company’s nature now, is time for the Lite model. The Xiaomi 12 Lite has arrived on the Geekbench benchmark database, shedding light on some of its key specifications. Let’s take a closer look at the upcoming smartphone.

As per the Geekbench benchmark certification website, the Xiaomi 12 Lite bears the model number 2203129G. Concluding from the model, it seems to be an international variant that can debut soon in the global markets. Also, the phone has managed to score 788 points in the single-core test and 2864 points in the multi-core round.
In addition, the portal discloses that the Xiaomi 12 Lite will power an octa-core processor integrated with an Adreno 642L GPU. The processor is codenamed ‘Taoyao‘ and has a 2.4GHz peak frequency. Figuring the tips, it appears to be Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset.
Moreover, the Xiaomi 12 Lite will come pre-installed with Android 12 OS. With this version, we can expect a toss of MIUI 13 as well. Also, the device will have an 8GB memory variant as revealed by the Geekbench listing. It could be available in other configurations as well.
Furthermore, the previous leaks about the Xiaomi 12 Lite suggest that the handset will offer a Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080 × 2400 pixel resolution. For optics, it is likely to house a triple rear camera island.
