Whatsapp is one of the supreme messaging apps we have experienced so far. With the time application has evolved a lot and now offers some cool features like Video conferencing, Voice calls, etc. Earlier in the month of October a fresh feature called “Delete for everyone” was introduced but it contains a lot of limitations. The latest piece of information suggests some interesting revision made to this feature. so let’s dig a little deep into it.
As per @WABetainfo a new Whatsapp update for the iOS devices has been rolled out with a version number 2.18.31. Whatsapp Android App will soon get the update. According to the source, this a bug fix update and further brings a new addition to which the Delete for everyone limit has been exceeded to 1 hour 8 minutes and 16 seconds. It is a good news for all Whatsapp users but their timing strategy looks a little perplex. Earlier this feature was limited to 7 minutes but now has been extended.
With this extended feature, one will be able to delete the sent information evecn if more than an hour has passed since you have dropped the message. This was among the list of most demanded features as other contenders like Instagram is already offering it. As you delete the message Whatsapp will still show a structure describing “the message has been deleted”. For more Tech updates stay tuned to us.
