Vivo is about to announce its latest flagship device in India known as the Vivo Nex. Recently they have introduced another budget smartphone for the Indian market. In case you aren’t aware a few weeks back, they have unveiled a couple of devices under the Z-series and this time a Z-series device has been launched here. The smartphone is termed as the Vivo Z10. For now, it is available in the limited regions of India, so for more details let’s dive a little deep into it.
In terms of internals and design, the device appears to be a sibling of the Vivo V7+. It comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450(64 bit) Octa-Core processor coupled with an Adreno 506 GPU. The device is only available in one variant: 4GB RAM+32GB ROM and luckily it supports expandable storage via micro-SD card.
Surprisingly Z10 runs on an outdated FunTouch OS 3.2 based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat. On the rear panel, a Fingerprint Scanner is present though it also supports Face Recognition.
In the front, a mammoth 5.99(inch) HD+ IPS Display is present with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. In the rear it has a 16MP rear camera with LED Flash, Aperture f/2.0 while in the front a 24MP selfie snapper is given with LED Flash, Aperture f/2.0 as well.
The device runs on a 3225mAh battery. For now, it is available in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, etc. The device is priced at 14,990 INR and will be made available in Blue, Black and Gold colors.
