It has been a couple of months since Vivo launched a new smartphone in the market. However, the company is back with the introduction of the Vivo Y52 5G in Europe. The smartphone is the vanilla Android-based variant of the Vivo Y52s which was launched last year in China. A few specifications of the new smartphone include the presence of Funtouch OS 11.1, MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, 4GB RAM, etc.
The Vivo Y52 runs on Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 skin out of the box. The gadget features a 6.58-inch full-HD+ display sporting 1080 x 2408 pixel resolution. A 5,000mAh battery backs the device with support for 18W fast charging.
For photography, Vivo has added a triple rear camera module that consists of a 48MP primary camera, 2MP macro sensor, and last but not least a 2MP bokeh lens. On the front side, there’s an 8MP camera present inside the waterdrop notch.
It houses MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM, and 128GB internal storage. In connectivity options, the phone hosts Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Vivo has confirmed that the Vivo Y52 5G will come at €299 by July 2021.
