A lot of leaks are prevailing in the market about the upcoming Vivo Bezel-less smartphone. The smartphone was first witnessed at MWC 2018 as the Apex. A few weeks back Vivo has confirmed that the device will go official on June 12th officially. Today the brand has confirmed that the device will be officially called as the Nex. So maybe the old name Apex was given to the prototype showcased back in February. So without wasting any time let’s know more about it.
If Nex is the same device that was showcased earlier as Apex then it will come with a whopping 90% screen-to-body ratio. The device will come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845(64 bit) Octa-Core processor whereas the smaller sibling Nex S will come powered by the fresh Snapdragon 710(64 bit) Octa-Core chip. Vivo Nex and Nex S will come with the potential of Artificial Intelligence, Bezel-less screen, performance, etc.
We were expecting the device to come with a slider camera, however, as per up to the minute leaks and rumors the device possesses a front camera in the rear similar to the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S. It would be the flagship offering from the house of Vivo and will carry a flagship price tag too. As suggested by rumors, Vivo Nex will come with the price tag of CNY 6998($1090, 73000 INR). While the cut-down version Vivo Nex S will have a price of around CNY 4998($780, 52000 INR).
