After Sprint, Verizon is not too far behind. The Big Red has also started to rollout the Android Nougat to the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus devices. Sprint has even started sending Nougat for Galaxy S6 standard version. Even, AT&T has rolled the update to the Note 5.
Talking About the update, the OTA update packs the build N920VVRU3CQB9 for the Verizon Note 5 and build G928VVRU3CQB9 for the Verizon Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. The update packs all the luxuries of the Android 7.0 operating system. Verizon has also added features like improved split screen, intelligent data saver option.
There are improved notification, which Verizon has named as “Reply on the fly”. There are now much better battery optimisations tools. There’s a new photo editing tool inside the gallery along with the new keyboard and language set.
