Verizon rolling out May security patch to Moto Z and LG Transpyre

Moto Z2 Play and LG Transpyre devices locked to the Verizon network are getting the May Security Patch in the United States. This season, Verizon is actively providing the new security patches for the major devices on their network.

Verizon is rolling software firmware version builds to NDN25.137-24.4 for Moto Z Play. While LG Transpyre is getting software build version VS810PU9. The update packs fixes for the bugs that were reported on Google Forums until April. The update will strengthen your device security and will improve the performance little-bit.

The Verizon is rolling out the update Over-The-Air to both the devices. It will take some time to reach your device. If you want to get it little earlier, then you can manually do os by going to the Settings>> About Phone>> CHeck for Updates.

In order to update your device, do charge up your device up to 50%  or more. Also, switch to the WIFi network to get the latest update.
