Verizon is doing something quite good right now. They are rolling out Android Lollipop to ageing Moto X 1st generation.Well, it’s not public release it is soak test release.
Well, the also it is good that atleast they are going to provide the final update in a week or two. Lot of users who have registered for the soak test have received the update to Android 5.1. As per them the update weighs around 712 MB. After getting the update the firmware version jumps to version 222.26.7.
Right now, Verizon didin;lt revealed any information regarding the public release of the update but we guess it will rollout within 1-2 weeks. As most of the phone starts receiving the final update after 2-3 weeks of soak test.
