Here’s a good news for the users of the Verizon HTC One M9. After long wait for the Android 5.1 update, finally, Verizon is going to provide the update starting from today.
HTC’s own Mo Versi, VP of product management at HTC has announced the update via his own official twitter handle.
Along with the update to Android 5.1 with all of its luxuries and bug fixes, it will be packed a patch for Stagefright, as well as the enabling of bands 3 and 7 for roaming.
If you own HTC One M9 from Verizon then you can head over to the Settings menu and then Update option to get the update.
