Sony may have sold his VAIO PC brand but that doesn’t mean that it is gone. On the contrary,this ex-Sony brand is looking to jump in the smartphone world with trying to release Android phones in the beginning of the next year 2015.
It is interesting to know that Sony does still own a 5% stake in the VAIO brand.Its rumored that the smarphone may get released during the CES which is just around the corner.Even tho no solid info on what specs or hardware the device is going to pack with the exception of it being likely to have a 5-inch screens and assumably, ship with Android.Hopefully we’ll know more about it in the coming weeks.
