[Update: November 2023 Security Update] OnePlus 11R 5G Update Tracker

OnePlus introduced several products at the Cloud 11 event, including the OnePlus 11R 5G in the Global and Indian markets. The new smartphone offers some flagship specifications and features at aggressive prices. The OnePlus 11R could be said as a lite version of the OnePlus 11 5G. Subsequently, they provide some similar specifications but with some changes. Certainly, the device features a 6.7-inch 1.5K large OLED display. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming. Additionally, the OnePlus 11R has a brightness of 1450nits, which makes the display brighter enough to use under direct sunlight. Moreover, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage type.

The OnePlus11R features a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide-angle camera, and a 2MP telephoto lens camera. On the front, it offers a 16MP selfie camera. It has a 5000mAh big battery with 100W fast charging technology. Moreover, it comes with the latest ColorOS 13 / OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13.

• [November 30, 2023]:  OnePlus has announced the rollout of OxygenOS 13.1.0.583 update for the OnePlus 11R 5G smartphone. This update is being rolled out in the India region. The update integrates the November 2023 Android security patch thus enhancing the overall system security. The update can be identified by firmware version CPH2487_13.1.0.583(EX01).

• [November 14, 2023]: The OnePlus is announcing the OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 2 for the OnePlus 11R device. The update has its own identification build number, which is CPH2487_14.0.81(SP01EX01). The OnePlus is rolling out this beta update in the India region.
• [October 19, 2023]: OnePlus 11R India is receiving the Oxygen OS 14 Open Beta 1 build bundling several new changes. Before installing the update, your phone must be running either of these firmware: CPH2487_13.1.0.581(EX01), CPH2487_13.1.0.582(EX01).
• [August 01, 2023]: The OnePlus 11R July 2023 security update is rolling out with build version CPH2487_13.1.0.581(EX01). The new update is rolling out to Indian users. The update does not bring any new features or performance enhancements.
• [July 28, 2023]: The latest OxygenOS 13.1.0.581 update was recently announced on the OnePlus 11R and is currently heading to Indian users. The update comes with firmware version CPH2487_13.1.0.581(EX01) and features the latest Android security update, a much-awaited Photos app bug fix, and general system improvements.
