After achieving a great feat with recently launched Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, Samsung is now geared up to launch the Galaxy Note 8 in less than a couple of months from now. As per the previous reports, the upcoming Note device is set for late August launch. However, there is no such confirmation from the company itself. With handset nearing its release, the rumor chain has gained the momentum and more and more leaks have been showing up online.
While Galaxy S8 and S8+ were acclaimed for their looks and features worldwide, lot of people criticized the placement of fingerprint sensor on the handsets. However, Samsung has decided to continue with the rear placement of fingerprint sensor but apparently shifted its position. There is now more gap between cameras and the fingerprint sensor which would be even harder to reach. The image also reveals that the device houses 3.5mm headphone jack with bottom firing speakers.
As rumors suggest, the impending Note device will be powered by Exynos 8895 processor/Snapdragon 836 SoC paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable via a microSD card). The device will feature a 6.3-inch QHD Infinity Display, 12MP dual-camera setup with OIS, autofocus and 4K video recording. The smartphone will house a 3,300mAh battery with fast charging support.
