TWRP, TeamWin Recovery Project has added a support for some new devices. Especially, the new Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL has also been added to the list. The recoveries of both these new devices are currently in alpha stage and contains some bugs. The other devices like Moto G5 have official stable recovery from TWRP.
There’s full list of devices which has been added to the TWRP boat in the latest spell of additions. Excepting the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, all other devices are stable and fully functional.

Talking more about the Pixel 2 devices, decrypting and MTP are not working. The backups are also currently not possible as TWRP can be used to temporarily boot the device. It will take some time for the developers to make it permanent.
Well, we have to wait for next month bulletin to get awnsers or fixes for the bugs listed above. For the time being, Moto G5, Galaxy J7, Stylo 3 PLus users can enjoy it seamlessly.
