Twitter released update for its Android App. Twitter for Android now feature a few fun goodies, including more discovery tools, better search, and additional notification options specifically aimed at the power users among us.
The Discover tab got a new stream that gives more information on the people you follow, including the tweets they have favorited or retweeted and a list of the people they follow.
Another feature I’m happy to see is username auto-complete while tweeting, and spelling suggestions and related search results when you search on Twitter.
Twitter’s new push notifications. Prior to the update, you could receive alerts only when someone sent you a direct message or mentioned you in a tweet.
