The change is visible when the Material You function is turned on Android 13 running smartphones. The icon will match the colours of the Wallpaper and system. Popular apps like Telegram, Spotify, and many others now support Material You-themed icons. Famous Android developer Chris Banes pointed out the change in a tweet. Incidentally, he was one of those employees fired by Musk when he took over Twitter.
