The fresh system update for the OnePlus TV Y series comes after the company launched the OnePlus TV 40Y1 and the OnePlus TV U1S series. For your information, the built-in camera app for the new OnePlus TV Camera is not compatible with the OnePlus TV Y series. However, the feature rolled out to the OnePlus TV Q/U series in the OTA 7 update.
As always, the OTA 4 update will have a phase-wise rollout. Therefore, it may take a while to be available for all the users. To be more precise, 10% of the users will receive the build by June 9, 30% of users by June 11, and the rest by June 18.
Just in case, if the update fails to reach out to you even by 18 July, OnePlus advises the user to send out the SN number to them. The company promises to help the user in such a case.
