Tesla, electric car maker has just announced a Power Bank accessory for the smartphones, tablets and other on the go devices. This is for the first time that company has launched Tesla Powerbank for mobile and other telecommunication devices. The device is currently available from the Tesla’s official store online.
It seems Tesla is slowly coming into the smartphone market also. The launch of 3350 mAh battery bank has verified that tesla is interested in smartphone or smart devices market.
Currently, the official store is showing it as sold out but we hope that stock will come back soon.  It uses a single 18650 cell with 3,350mAh capacity that’s also found in its Model S and X electric vehicles.
It is designed by Tesla design studio and packs a different kind of design in comparison to the present day juice packs. It is specifically designed for the automaker’s cars and trucks that they have recently launched. they will fit in the best in Tesla cars and will not look different from the interior design of the car.
