 
Taiwan Central Bank Governor Perng Fai-nan asks state to help HTC. Help for HTC came due to some bad seasons streak continuously. He is saying about Taiwan Expoert as it declined so they want to help HTC as handset devices is the leading factor for the island’s declining export momentum and the government going to lend a helping hand.
Exports form Taiwan for the month of July are down 11.6-percent from the same time last year, and have declined for five straight months. The report also cited an unnamed official as saying the Ministry of Economic Affairs is already discussing measures to help island’s largest smartphone maker, which is facing headwinds on multiple fronts including stiff competition from rival Apple Inc ans Samsung also.
