T-Mobile’s HTC Amaze 4G Gets Android 4.0 Update

T-Mobile HTC Amaze 4G update of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is pushed and is available for download. T-Mobile also gave info about today’s update. If you haven’t received update yet than check for the update by accessing the “Settings” menu of your phone > than “About Phone”> than “HTC Software Updates” and “Check” options.

What’s New:

• Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
• Sense 3.6
• System bar enhancements to easily view recent apps.
• Re-sizeable widgets
• Lock screen actions including pull down notifications and adjust volume while device is locked.
• Data usage controls.
• Face Unlock
• Home screen folders
• Improved battery life
• Improved text input and spell checking
• Improved menu structure

Before installing make your battery backup at least upto 50% as update is hefty and consume your battery. Update will increase you phone’s performance and it also consist Sense 4.0 as previous update of HTC Sensation 4G last week.
