Albeit a little late, the T-Mobile’s Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are now receiving the last month’s security maintenance release dated August 1, 2017. The minor update package weighing around 290MB, mainly carries the patches and could hit all the T-Mobile branded S7/S7 Edge in a few days.
The OTA updates are arriving for the both Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge with firmware version number G930TUVU4BQH7 and G935TUVU4BQH7 respectively. Along with the vital security patches, the package also bundles new and enhanced features. Moreover, it improves the stability of device and other core system apps.
For your info. The August security patches comprises of patches(CVE) provided by Google and 16 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) items.
