Earlier this week, OnePlus 8T, OnePlus 8 Pro and OnePlus 8 received January 2021 security patch update. Currently, an Android 11 Beta update program is taking place for OnePlus 7T mobile variants: OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro 5G. Though in the meantime, these variants are getting January 2021 Security Patch rollout as well.
The brand has not announced any latest Android update separately. But, a beta update is on testing stage and stable update is expected to roll out soon. However, T-Mobile is bringing a new security patch update for 7T with the firmware version 10.0.13.HD63CB and 7T Pro 5G users will bag 10.0.42.HD61CB.
The update brings some additional features improved way to take long-screenshots and Optimized UI display effect of the notification panel. It will fix stutter in third-party apps bug, split-screen failure, system stability, video playback problem and a noise issue on 5G calls were also resolved.
Apart from 90Hz, HDR10+ display, they both operate on OxygenOS 10-based on Android 10 and processed by Qualcomm SM8150 Snapdragon 855+ (7 nm). Obviously, the Pro version is upgraded on the basis of screen size and camera quality. OnePlus 7T carries a 6.55-inch screen with a triple-rear camera module consisting 48 MP + 12 MP + 16 MP sensors and a single 16 MP front camera. Whereas, OnePlus 7T Pro houses a 6.67-inch display, a triple-rear sensor 48 MP + 8 MP + 16 MP and a single 16 MP secondary camera.
