Finally, T-Mobile LG G2 is getting the Android 4.4.2 update. The new update was already available from the last week for manual installation but now its rolling out via OTA to easily get it installed on your phone. Additionally, rumors are heating for the LG G3 launch this year in summers along with the fingerprint scanner as like of the Samsung Galaxy S5.
Coming onto update, it will bring all of the latest KitKat features, along with fixes to auto brightness and “user experience improvements.” If you haven’t received the until now (Manual prompt will start coming by March 5) you can manually check for the Android 4.4.2 Kitkat update on your LG G2 by heading into Settings>General>About phone>Update centre>System updates>Check now. The documents indicate that the software version D80120a will replace your existing one after updating.
