It’s quite common these days that devices getting listed in the Benchmark website along with the Specs. Yesterday, there was an unknown device from Samsung, SM-G739F got leaked on GFXBench site. Today,w e have received the specifications of the upcoming Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone.
As per the Benchmark, Xperia Z3 is coming with a 5.1″ 1080p display, quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset, 3 GB of RAM, and a 20 MP camera. On the front Sony has embedded 2 MP camera which can record FHD video and take image at 1920 x 1080 resolution. It will be coming with Android 4.4.2 Kitkat on board. From the ANdroid version we can expect the very soon launching of the device.
Additionally, rumors state that it will be announced at IFA this year. Also, it was spotted with a protective glass and at FCC also.
