After Xperia XZ premium, now it’s turn for the Xperia XZ and Z Performance to receive the new security update. The new security patch i.e. July patch is now rolling out to both the devices. The update carrier a build number 41.2.A.7.35 with several new changes and security fixes.
Sony Xperia XZ premium is a high end device from Sony which has catered most of the sales in this series.
Talking about the update, it carriers the July security patch level. This means, the security loopholes that are listed on the Google Product forums prior to this month have been addressed. There are further system level improvements and tweaks in this update.
The new update is on the roll and it may arrive at your device within few hours or days. You have to wait for the update or you you can either manually check fir the update. In order to do so, you need to head over to the Settings menu, then About where you will be able to find check for updates option.
