Sony Xperia E C1505, whose Chinese variant is already leaked out, today leaked it s Specs via AnTuTu benchmarks. Earlier also in similar way some Sony mobiles specs got leaked via AnTuTu benchmarks.

The device features the model number C1505 and appears to be powered by a 1GHz processor along with Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean on board. Processor is a single-core Qualcomm unit or one of Sony’s own dual-core NovaThor processor remains to be seen, though the former seems more likely considering the low CPU score the device obtained in the benchmark.
It has been found that with a display have 320 x 480 HVGA resolution. Sony Xperia E C1505 is expected to launch in first quarter of 2013.
