Sony unveils line of new Xperia devices at IFA trade show in Germany. The newly unveiled devices are named as Sony Xperia Tablet S, Xperia J, Xperia T and Xperia J.
Now focusing on Sony Xperia Tablet S, It will feature:
- Tegra 3 chip
- Android 4.0
- 64GB of internal storage
- .35 inches thin
- .47 inches thick
- IR emitter
- full-size SD card slot
- 9.4-inch 1,280 x 800 IPS screen
- 6,000mAH battery
Pricing starts at $400 for the 16GB model, with the 32GB going for $500 and the 64GB for $600. September 7th is set as release date for Sony Xperia Tablet S and Sony is taking preorders for the device immediately.
Sony Xperia T is the most impressive phone from all three of them. Sony Xperia T is features are as below:

- 1280×720 pixels
- 1.5GHz dual-core processor
- 13 megapixel camera
- Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
Xperia T is available in three colours namely black, grey and white.
Sony Xperia V another one unveiled from Sony at IFA in Germany. Its LTE enabled phone while other specs remains same as of Sony Xperia T. It will hit US shores soon. Its also waterproof.
Coming onto Xperia J, It comes in at an affordable combination of price and specs. Here Sony Xperia J is packed with
