As per the latest patent filings it seems that Samsung is coming soon with Round Smartwatches, as like of the Moto 360. If you closely look at the design image below you will see it is not fully round but edges are round.
As per the source, the new patent filing of the round edge smartwatch also includes Camera on strap along with charging port present at the clasp in addition to the rounded displays. Also, Samsung has designed it to use the gesture recognition system which will allow gestures on your smartwatch.
Last year also we met with similar patents from Samsung side but until now we haven’t seen any product based on it. You can check more images of the design of the new round smartwatch patent from Samsung:
