Samsung Today Unveils its new 6GB (10nm LPDDR4 DRAM) chip. This announcement also given some more indications that all the leaks and rumors which are coming about 6GB RAM in Samsung’s New Galaxy Note 6 are true.
Samsung’s new 6GB RAM chip, which utilizes the latest LPDDR4 technologies, is manufactured using cutting-edge processes that make it faster and more efficient than its predecessors. That means it’s ideal for smartphones and tablets, More importantly, it requires less power to execute tasks.

According to all the leaks and reports about the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 till now device  features a 5.77-inches Display with a 1440 x 2560 QHD resolution, Samsung Exynos 8890 SoC with 6 GB of RAM, 32 GB of Internal Storage and Galaxy Note 6 will run on The Android N out of the box. Moreover, the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is expected to arrive in mid of August 2016.
