After the fruitful rollout of the One UI 3.1 update to the Galaxy Z Fold2, Galaxy Fold, and Galaxy Note 10 Series, Samsung has now started seeding the One UI 3.1 update to the Galaxy Tab S6 users. After its launch with One UI 2.5, the Galaxy Tab S6 has directly received the One UI 3.1 update now. In the meantime, it has skipped the One UI 3.0 update. Identified by the build version T865XXU4CUB7 and it weighs nearly 2.2GB in size. The update is currently spinning out to German users only. However, it doesn’t take much time to release in other countries as it is already live in Germany.
According to the changelog, the update features the March 2021 Security patch, refreshed UI, improvements, bug fixes, enhancements, etc. It introduces more languages to the Samsung Keyboard. The update might also pack with One UI 3.1 features like Google Duo integration, Video call effects, Customized Volume Controls, and much more. However, you will be undergoing all the significant changes and new features while using your device.
If you are a Galaxy Tab S6 user from Germany, a notification will appear if the update reaches your device. Otherwise, you can also head over to Settings>Software updates and check for the updates to check the update status manually. Also, make sure to maintain at least 60% of charging to avoid interruptions as it is a major update.
