At the beginning of the year, Samsung rolled out the One UI 3.0 Beta update for the Galaxy M31 and that was quickly followed by the Stable release of the customized skin. Here’s the next overhaul for the smartphone as it is receiving the latest One UI 3.1 update.
The latest software update carries the firmware version M315FXXU2BUC1 which weighs more than 1GB size. Along with the improvements in camera, device performane, and enhanced security, the update brings the March 2021 security patch for the smartphone.

Fow now, the software update is available in India and could soon hit other countries. As usual, the update is rolling out in a phase-wise manner. So, if you are Galaxy M31 owner in India, it could soon hit your device. Alternatively, you can track the update by checking phone Settings > Software update, a pop-up will appear in case the latest software is available and then hit Download and install.
