this is not the first time Samsung is planning something for India, but there’s a difference this time. Samsung official talked to the Economic Times and gave us hint about the major changes that Samsung India is going to witness soon.

As per the Senior Vice president, Mobile Business, Samsung India, Mr. Mohandeep Singh, “India being the second largest smartphone market and the fastest growing globally, we have extremely aggressive plans for the country.”

So, it’s clear that Samsung is going to push some great efforts in order to attain its title of largest smartphone seller in India. From past couple of years, the title is being kept by Xiaomi and some other Chinese companies. Also, OnePlus has eaten up Samsung’s most of the premium smartphones sales in India.

If we talk about the ground reality, still Samsung holds 49.2 percent of smartphone market share. The mid range and budget devices are the segments where the Samsung is lagging behind the others.

Ultimately, we can guess some good products from teh Samsung in the Mid-range and budget segment.
