Samsung pushed its release schedule with the launch of the Galaxy S21 series. Reportedly, the company is now coming up with new Z-series foldable smartphones. According to TheElec, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 2 will hit the market in July. Let’s take a look at the launch details, and specifications of soon-to-be-launched Samsung phones.

Both of the upcoming smartphones were rumored to launch later this year. The recent reports suggest that the foldable phones will launch in July 2021, replacing the Note 21 series. However, the exact launch date is not yet revealed. But the developers did manage to leak few details of new handsets.
Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 2 rumored specifications
Samsung is planning to slim down its foldable phone lines to make them handier. Accordingly, both of the new smartphones are likely to feature a slimmer and light design. Moreover, they will carry an LTPO screen with under-display cameras (UDC).
Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to carry a 7.55-inch display in addition to the main panel. It will carry S-pen functionality to improve its versatility. This will be a hybrid between the S Pen found on the Galaxy S21 Ultra and the Note 20 series. The dual battery capacity of Galaxy Z Fold 3 is likely to come at 4,380 mAh.
The foldable may equip a triple rear camera module consisting of two 12MP and a 16MP snapper. The front side of the phone may indulge a 16MP shooter on the main display and a 12MP lens on the cover display.
Moving to the Galaxy Z Flip 2, it may feature a 7.6-inch screen with lean edges. The device is expected to house a punch-hole comprising of a 10MP front camera. Whereas the main setup can carry two 12MP lenses. Z Flip 2 will equip a stronger battery than Fold 3, standing at 4,500 mAh in total.
