Samsung Galaxy S8, upcoming flagship from the Korean Giant, seems to be delayed until April. As per the blog post on The Wall Street General, it has been stated Smasung has delayed the next flagship after the Mobile World Conference in February.
Due to recent happenings with Note 7, Samsung is talking extra preventive measures to do extensive pre release tests. Here’s what the source is saying:
Executives are now looking to delay the announcement of the Galaxy S8 until after the Mobile World Congress trade show in late February next year, the people said. One of these people said the unveiling could come as late as April. That would mark a break from the past three years, when Samsung used the tech showcase in Barcelona to unveil its newest top-of-the-line Galaxy S smartphones.
Samsung is trying hard to prove the build and quality as Note 7 was a debacle for the company this year. So, they are eagerly working on the next Flagship, Galaxy S8.
This is direct indication that Samsung don’t want to give any chance of malfunction.
