Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge Starts Getting Stable Android 7.0 Nougat Update

Samsung starts rolling out Stable Android 7.0 Nougat OTA for Both Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Last week we reminded you that stable Android 7.0 Nougat update for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will be rolled out in next week.

Samsung is firstly rolling out Stable Android Nougat OTA to the Beta Users. If you’re a beta user and see the system update message, you’ll have 30 seconds until the phone reboots and starts installing the update. For Beta users the update will be around 214 MB in size. It includes all the goodies of Android 7.0 Nougat i.e. New Multi-window allows the user to switch between apps with a double tap or run two apps side by side. More personalized settings and smarter notifications allow users to be more productive with less effort. It also includes the enhanced version of Doze.Along with all the above features the update includes, UX and performance fixes, including improvements to notifications.

As the stable OTA roll out starts now for Beta Users. The other users of both Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will start getting Android 7.0 Nougat update very soon. Stay Tuned, We will get you informed when the rollout begins in different countries.
