As we know Samsung announced Galaxy Note 5 at Unpacked Event. Now, Samsung has exploded the market with even bigger Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. Samsung’s phablets have been one of their greatest smartphone success stories, finding traction in a market when many thought there wouldn’t be a place for such a large phone. The New Galaxy S6 edge came with several awesome features.
The S6 Edge Plus’ guts are almost a carbon copy of the new Note 5, including an upgrade to 4GB of RAM and a slightly bigger 3,000 mAh battery. They also dropped the 128GB storage config for this guy. It have the same octa-core processor as that of Note 5 and 4 gigabytes of memory.
Samsung managed to fit a larger 5.7-inch version of the S6 Edge’s quad HD AMOLED screen in the new phone. It is measured as 154.4 x 75.8 x 6.9mm with 153 g in weight. It runs on Android 5.1, have high-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0 (not 3.0, interestingly) and LTE.
he Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ will be available on all of the major US carriers in black or gold alongside the new Galaxy Note 5 on August 21st. It comes in 32GB and 64GB configurations and will be priced a bit higher than the S6 Edge’s already lofty tag. Pre Orders start today.
