Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime Hits FCC

Today, Samsung Galaxy S5 is approved by FCC for its launch in U.S. As according to the codename its the Korean version of the Galaxy S5 Prime.

As according to the FCC Galaxy S5 Prime SM-G906S is the same device as the SM-G906K and SM-G906L. There are three different versions due to the availability of the device to three different carriers ( SK Telekom, KT and LG U+ ) in Korea. As per the documents its revealed that Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime supports LTE band 5 and band 17 which is odd for every US carrier.

Additionally, Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime is available In India and Korea and few other countries> It is expected that S5 Prime would come with the same specs like Quad HD (1,440 x 2,560) display, a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, and Android 4.4.3 KitKat in U.S. too.
