Samsung Galaxy S5 Active has been in news for quite some time, and this time its the ‘Active Key’ that has bought it into news. As capacitive touchscreens dont work under water, the ‘Active Key’ lets you access some particular function underwater.
The ‘Active Key’ function can be customized to open whatever you want. By default, the feature guides you to the activity App zone where a compass and a barometer will be displayed on -screen. The Activity Zone also has shortcuts for a flashlight and a stopwatch. A long press of the key also guides you to the camera. these functions can be customized to suit one’s need.
A source claims that the screen on the Active version of the Samsung’s Galaxy S5 will have a 5.1″ screen instead of 5.2″ as had been rumored earlier. Also, the Active version is rumored to be a little thinner (8.1 mm) than the regular GS5.
