Samsung unveiled the flagship Galaxy S23 series back in February 2023. The Galaxy S23 series included three modes – the Galaxy S23, the Galaxy S23+, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Eventually, the manufacturer sold an unexpected number of the Galaxy S23 series worldwide. Plus, the Galaxy S23 Ultra even set a record as the fastest Android smartphone in the world. Certainly, a camera issue has arrived on the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus. As per complaints raised, the devices are capturing blurry pictures, which is finally considered a hardware defect or issue. Several Samsung S23 and S23 Plus customers report seeing blurs in the form of bananas or rings in photos taken with the devices.
The hardware issue was first raised on German tech forums. Then the complaints got raised day by day on Reddit and Samsung community boards. A few users have also stated that the blurry scenario can be seen in pictures with text. Moreover, they got to the conclusion that this is not a software-side issue because the images also appeared fuzzy when taken in RAW mode, which allows you to access raw image data directly from the sensor.

However, the majority of the units that are reportedly having problems were made in Vietnam, which is where the majority of Samsung phones are made. But there are also some units that were made in India and South Korea that have problems. Consequently, there is a slim chance that the issue may be resolved because Samsung is reportedly working on a sizable camera upgrade for the Galaxy S23 series.
