Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (Exynos) surfaces on FCC with specifications information

The Korean giant is on the verge of launching a new and most affordable smartphone under its popular Galaxy S21 series. After the Snapdragon 888 variant(SM-G990B), the Galaxy S21 FE has appeared on the FCC bearing model number SM-G990E. The smartphone is spotted with an EPTA800 charging adapter which supports a maximum of up to 25W fast charging.

However, the listing further confirms the presence of an EB-BG990ABY battery having a 4500 mAh capacity. It is a 5G device with support for n5 and n66 NR bands. Unlike the Galaxy S21 FE Snapdragon 888, the Exynos 2100 variant supports only the EPTA800 adapter as per listing.

It is not the first time that Galaxy S21 FE is spotted on a certification website. It was seen on Geekbench with Exynos 2100 SoC and 8GB RAM. However, the Snapdragon 888 variant of Galaxy S21 FE was also spotted on the FCC and Geekbench having the same specifications apart from the SoC. However, the Exynos 2100 SoC variant of Galaxy S21 FE was even confirmed by a Google Play console listing a few weeks ago. It was even spotted on the Bluetooth SIG and TENAA.

Other rumours and reports state that the Galaxy S21 FE will come with a 6.4-inch punch-hole display and measures 155.7 x 74.5 x 7.9mm. A triple camera module – 32MP + 12MP + 8MP setup is expected to debut with the smartphone. However, there’s no credibility of this specification, and we suggest you take these as a pinch of salt in the ocean.
