According Japanese carrier NTT DOCOMO, Samsung Galaxy S III Japanese Variant has 2 GB of RAM same as that of upcoming LG LTE2. Its 1GB more RAM than that of European Variant. Unfortunately, as of right now, it looks as though the extra gig of RAM is going to be exclusive to Japan, just like the other Japan standard of the 1seg TV tuner. The SC-06D isn’t the only S III model that will be released with a Snapdragon S4 processor.
