Samsung has been rolling out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update to Galaxy S Advance I9070. Its an international variant of the device so it will take some time to reach other parts of the world. Currently update is currently available in Germany, Poland and Ukraine and is expected to reach other European countries soon.
As stated above its currently available in 3 countries only. So if you want it now than you can manually check for it on your device or you can download it to the Samsung KIES server. Its already available in the India and users can download it via Kies. Here are full details of the update:
