After Galaxy Note 7 Debacle in 2016, Samsung is now set to launch the Galaxy Note 8 in late August this year. It is also expected that the device may land by early August to take on Apple’s upcoming iPhone. Previous reports suggest that Samsung is closely working on the upcoming Note device and the handset is in final stages of development.
Samsung has already regained the momentum with its Galaxy S8 and S8+ series. We expect Galaxy Note 8 to flaunt best features and specs of the Galaxy S8 and S8Plus with some more enticing features. The upcoming flagship device is expected to boast a dual rear-camera setup and a super AMOLED Infinity Display that already debuted on the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8Plus.
Since the upcoming device will represent Samsung’s Note family, it will most likely pack a slightly larger screen than Galaxy S8Plus, the larger device among Galaxy S8 and S8Plus. The flagship device will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 or Exynos 8890 processor with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM, Samsung is also expected to introduce a new generation of S Pen stylus this year.
